SISOB MEETING: (3rd - 4th May, Torino)

 

OBJECTIVES OF THE MEETING

GENERAL GOALS
G1: Evaluate the prototype of the system and prepare final steps.
G2: Define further actions for dissemination of the project.

GOALS OF THE MEETING:
sg1: Invite potential users of the system to evaluate user friendliness of prototype.
sg2: Identify potential further data and indicator requirements of users.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The most convenient airport for Turin is Caselle Airport (TRN), located a 20 minute taxi ride from Turin town centre. Taxis to the hotel and Fondazione Rosselli are approximately €35. A frequent bus service runs between the airport and Porta Nuova Station and takes approximately 40 min. Tickets can be bought in the airport arrivals hall.

If you are flying to Milan Malpensa (MXP) there are buses running every two hours to Porta Susa Station. The bus takes approx. 2 hours. Tickets can be bought in the airport arrivals hall or online. The timetable can be found on: http://www.sadem.it/media/5191/000020.pdf

To get to Fondazione Rosselli get off at bus/tram stop Porto Palazzo Nord (bus #11, tram #4). Local transport tickets can be bought in local Tabacchi (or the hotel), NOT on the bus or tram.
